1. Introduction

These are the terms and conditions which apply to purchases of products by you (“you” and “your”) from Vetstoria Ltd (“us”, “we”, “our” and “Vetstoria Ltd”) via this web site (hereafter designated as the Site)

2. General

By visiting the Site or placing an order via the Site you fully agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale and the applicable UK laws. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process are considered as true and correct. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these terms and conditions. Your use of the Site following any change in the terms and conditions means that you accepted these changes.

3. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password, and for any activity made by using your login and password. You agree that you will immediately notify us of any breach of security

4. Product description

Product descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible.

5. Payment

Payment may be made by credit or debit card online. For Direct Debit orders, transactions are processed through PayPal merchant services.
The system checks all card information, registered cardholder address, postal code, CVC security number, and verified email address to reduce card fraud. Please make sure you enter all details accurately when paying by credit or debit card.
Payments will not be considered finalised until we receive an official payment statement from our bank. We may impose limits on transaction value for any payment method we accept.
All transactions are in UK Pounds Sterling (UKP).

6. Pricing

All Prices quoted on any web page of the Site are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping Costs are added as you proceed through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer information is required. All Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, we will cancel the order and notify you. Errors and omissions are excluded.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery Cost (mainland UK only):
The delivery costs are detailed in the end of the purchase process. You will have the choice of the delivery process taking the various possibilities and prices into consideration. Some products may be subject to additional charges.
7.2. Delivery abroad
For the time being, we only accept purchases from customer the residence of which is in mainland UK
7.3. Delivery Timing:
Products are dispatched between 1 – 7 working days after receipt of order and, when appropriate, receipt of prescription.
Time to deliver refers to time after dispatch from the Vetstoria warehouse.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
7.4. Note
If a product is out of stock or will take longer than expected to arrive Vetstoria staff will contact you. Some exceptions to the delivery styles and to timings detailed in the Site may be applied at our discretion.
7.5. Special orders
If you ordered a product we do not have systematically have in stock, we will not accept any return whatsoever.
7.6. Expired products
Expired products are not returnable
7.7. Damaged and incorrect products
You are required to check the consignment for any sign of damage before opening any product. In case the consignment is damaged you have to contact us immediately. You also are required to check if you received the products you ordered before opening any product. We will not accept any return of opened products even if these products were not the product you ordered. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect product, we will inspect it and decide if the product was effectively damaged, incorrect or not. If the product is considered by us as damaged or incorrect, we will send you a correct product at our cost Opened products may only be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Products

We offer no warranty on any product above the one offered by the manufacturer or distributor

9. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the goods to us, undamaged, in their original package, unused, unopened, sealed, with any instruction, warranty card, accessories, etc. within 7 working days (starting from the date of receipt) for a refund or exchange.
Please note we do not refund postage on unsuitable items or cancelled orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are suitably packaged for transit so that they are returned in their original, saleable condition. Where products are supplied in sealed containers, all seals must be intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your use of the Site and any purchase by you on this web site of any products is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All content of this web site is for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, rather it is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your veterinary surgeon.
